Raghu is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successes and failures. He was the Chief Innovation Leader at GE Transportation, which he joined through the acquisition of ShipXpress, a company that was Co-founder and CTO.

Raghu is the founder of Sapna Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that’s focused on bringing innovative solutions to alleviate poverty, “the link”, a 22,500 sq ft award-winning innovation and activity center, and Wired2Perform, a patented behavioral science and people analytics SAAS platform.

Raghu is an active investor and mentor to various startup founders. Raghu currently lives in Nocatee, Florida with his wife and younger son.
